Mrs. Collier is a Loudoun County native. In 1992, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Old Dominion University. She has taught second grade in Loudoun County for over eighteen years. This year she will be teaching third grade. Prior to joining the staff here at Hamilton Elementary, she worked at Horizon Elementary and Sully Elementary in Sterling.
