Hello! I am Sandra Van Roekel, it’s with great pleasure to be your Parent Liaison for SMMS, I am also a LCPS Spanish Interpreter. I was born in South Korea and raised in a Spanish Speaking home with a VERY multi-cultural family. I have traveled around the world and have the great fortune to be married with 3 fantastic kids. My husband is from The Netherlands, we have a 20 year old daughter serving our great USAF, an 8^th grader and a 3^rd grader. We have lived in Leesburg for 13 years and love having the opportunity to support our community.

I enjoy cooking, reading, and meeting people from around the world. I believe every time I meet someone new I am given the opportunity to be inspired.

I hope to strengthen, extend, develop, and grow relationships with Parents, SMMS Staff and Community.

I look forward to meeting you so that together we can empower your child at SMMS.
