Dr. Minshew is beginning her thirty-first year in education and her twenty-second year in Loudoun County.  This is her seventh year as Principal of Park View High School.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lenoir-Rhyne College in Sociology and Social Studies Education, a Master's degree from George Mason University in Special Education and a Doctorate in Administration and Supervision from The University of Virginia.  Dr. Minshew is the 2002 recipient of The Washington Post Distinguished Educational Leadership Award.  She was also recognized as the 2011 NASSP Met Life Outstanding High School Principal in the state of Virginia.
