The parent portal will be opened for grades 3-12 before the first quarter interim on October 3, 2012.  Grades K-2 will not open until the beginning of the third quarter on January 22, 2013.

 

Login information will be mailed home to families that have submitted the Account Request Form during the first week of October.  

 

In addition to the Loudoun County Public Schools Expectations regarding Assessment and Grading, Potomac Falls High School has the following expectations:

• Post “assignments” in CLARITY as they are given.
• Assignment narratives should reflect description of the content covered by the assessment.
• Grades should be recorded within 10 instructional days (major projects may require more time, but teacher should note this in assignment narrative).
• Grades will be up-to-date on specified interim dates.
• Quarterly grade will be comprised of no more than 10% formative assessments with the remaining 90% being summative assessments.

To gain access to the Parent Portal, please complete the Account Request Form  and bring it into the school or send it in with your child.  Once we verify your information we will send your login and password information.
