Good Afternoon PTA Members,

The PTA is in need of at least 3 members who can assist with performing the end of year financial audit; this is required for us to be a PTA Unit in good standing with the VA & National PTAs.

The job entails reviewing the current financial data, reviewing the transactions and validating everything is in order. It is not a task you do alone, the Board Treasurer would be there to provide information and direction as needed.

The audit has not been scheduled but will not happen before July 1st as the PTA's fiscal year does not end until June30th.

If you are able and willing to assist with this endeavor, please email President@FDESPTA.org so that we can form the audit team and get it scheduled and done so we maintain our status within the PTAs.
