John Champe High School provides a curriculum of studies in line with Loudoun County Public Schools and the Commonwealth of Virginia. All students are encouraged to choose challenging classes to maximize their learning opportunities. Rigorous high school courses prepare students well for further education and successful careers. Parents and students should consider the following when making decisions about which classes to choose:
Course Registration for 2013-2014 Counselors will be meeting with students in mid-January through the end of February to discuss courses for the 2013-2014 school year. Students will be initially choosing classes through a survey in Family Connection. After that, counselors will sit down with students to have one-on-one conversations about their course selections, mid-year grades and course recommendations from current teachers. A copy of student course selections will be mailed home to parents for review in March.
