This will be Mr. Gitzen’s 6th year teaching at Steuart Weller Elementary, and 10th year teaching in Loudoun County. Raised in Loudoun County he is a Graduate of Potomac Falls High School where he played baseball, basketball, football, and golf.  Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from West Virginia Wesleyan where he was a 3 -year starter for the baseball team.  He is also married to 4th Grade Weller teacher Mrs. Gitzen and they have two dogs and a cat. His favorite teams include The Washington Redskins, WVU, and the New York Yankees!!!!
