Mrs. Edgerton has been teaching in Loudoun County for the past six years and is looking forward to another great year as part of the second grade team at Seldens Landing.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia and then moved to her home state of Pennsylvania, to pursue a Masters degree in Elementary Education. While working on her Masters, Mrs. Edgerton taught second and third grade in a private Quaker school in Philadelphia.  After getting married, she and her husband Bruce moved to the central valley of California where she taught in a bilingual second grade classroom.   There she got to combine two of her favorite things-teaching and the Spanish language.
