Hello my name is Brad Moss and I have been teaching Physical Education for twelve years. I have taught and coached for four years at the high school level before moving “UP” to the elementary level. Without a doubt, this has been the best career move of my life, and to be at Middleburg and Banneker is at the pinnacle of that joy. I am a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, and Park View High school in Sterling, Virginia (Class of 1984). I am very proud of my Loudoun County background.
Before moving to Loudoun County I was a well-traveled son of a career Navy Chief. We saw quite a bit of the World. My father met my mother in Germany where they married and had two sons. The family then moved to Japan- where I was born. My sister came along shortly afterward while we were living in Maryland. Then off we went, back to Europe, where we lived and toured for five years of our lives. I have also lived in Alaska, Morocco, and Maine.
My experiences have taught me the beauties of cultures, and the excitement that they bring to a diverse and changing Loudoun. I am happy to have been placed in an environment that shares my sentiment and culture and diversity.
